• Universal 3-dimensional water based gel-paint to create perfectly round, non-settling pearls for any card-making, scrapbook, textile decoration or other projects.
• Use on any surfaces textile, paper, wood, plastic, etc.
• Apply with applicator tip and leave to dry for 24 hours.
• When applied to fabric, wash fabric to remove any softeners before decorating.
• Wash decorated in 40^oC temperature.
